Return Policy

You can return your product within 7 days of delivery if there is a valid reason. To start a return, you must first contact us via email at jiniorashop@gmail.com. We require that you send clear photos and a video of the product to verify the issue. This is mandatory for all return requests. Without these, your request will not be considered.

Returns will only be accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or wrong. If the product you received is broken, different from what you ordered, or not functioning as promised, we will take full responsibility and assist you in the return process. However, we must receive proof in the form of both images and a video showing the issue clearly.

If your return request is due to a change of mind, we ask that the product be completely unused and in original condition and packaging. Even in this case, you are required to send us clear photos and video showing the item has not been used or damaged. We will review your request and make a decision based on the provided information. Please note, change of mind returns are not guaranteed, and will be accepted only after proper evaluation.

All return requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date you receive the product. If more than 7 days have passed, unfortunately, we won’t be able to accept your return.

In every case, you must also provide a valid proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email, invoice, or payment receipt. This helps us verify your order and process your request smoothly.

Please do not ship any product back to us without receiving confirmation from our team. If a return is approved, we will share the shipping instructions with you. If the return is due to our fault (wrong item, damaged product), we will bear the return shipping costs. For other cases, the return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, we will issue a refund or replacement as per your preference. The refund will be processed to your original payment method and may take a few business days to reflect in your account.

We request you to be honest and transparent during the return process. Misuse of the return policy can result in restrictions on future purchases.
